Falafel or Kabob Sandwiches
Ingredients
- Greek Style Pita Bread
- Falafel or Chicken Kabob
- Tzatziki and/or Tahini Sauce
- Lettuce Shredded
- Tomato Sliced
- Cucumbers Sliced
- Charred Onions
Instructions
- Briefly heat pita bread in the microwave (about 15 seconds.)
- Add falafel balls (approximately 4 per sandwich) or chicken kabob to the center and drizzle with tzatziki and/or tahini sauce. Top with lettuce, tomato, cucumber and charred onions.
- Wrap one half of the pita with foil to make it easier to eat.
