- Olive Oil
- Line a baking sheet with foil. Cut onions into 1/4- to 1/3-inch slices (do not separate yet.) Place place slices on the baking sheet, brush with olive oil and season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Broil under high heat until onions are charred to your liking. Remove from broiler and separate slices into rings.
- Great on top of sandwiches or burgers.
