Fish Spice Rub
Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons Paprika
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 2 Teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 2 Teaspoons Onion Powder
- 2 Teaspoons Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Cumin
- 1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients. Use to coat fish of your choice prior to grilling.
- Makes just short of 1/2 cup.
