Fish Spice Rub

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Paprika
  • 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 2 Teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 2 Teaspoons Onion Powder
  • 2 Teaspoons Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Cumin
  • 1 Teaspoon Chili Powder

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients. Use to coat fish of your choice prior to grilling.
  • Makes just short of 1/2 cup.
