Blackened Mahi Mahi Tacos with Citrus Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Teaspoons Paprika
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoons Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 3/4 Teaspoon Cumin
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 1/2 Pound Mahi Mahi Fillets
  • Olive Oil
  • 1 Package Taco-sized Corn Tortillas
  • 1 Recipe Cilantro Lime Sauce
  • 1 Recipe Citrus Salsa
  • 1/2 Head Cabbage Thinly Shredded
  • 2 Avocados Thinly Sliced

Instructions

  • Prepare Cilanto Lime Sauce and Citrus Salsa.
  • Combine spices in a small bowl. Sprinkle seasoning evenly over both sides of fish fillets. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook fish 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until done.
  • Warm corn tortillas and assemble with fish, Cilantro Lime Sauce, Citrus Salsa, shredded cabbage and top with avocado
