Seafood Salad
Ingredients
- 8 Ounces Salad Shrimp
- 8 Ounces Imitation Crab Meat Flaked
- 1/4 Cup Celery Diced Small
- 1/2 Red Bell Pepper Diced Small
- 1/4 Cup Red Onion Chopped
- 2 Green Onions Sliced
- 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 Teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Dill Chopped
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shrimp, crab, celery, onions, and bell pepper.
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, Old Bay Seasoning, lemon juice and dill. Mix well to combine. Taste and add additional salt and pepper, if necessary.
- Toss salad with dressing until coated.
- Serve over salad greens, on a croissant as a sandwich or fill puff pastries for a fun brunch item.
