Pra Ram (Chicken with Thai Peanut Sauce)

  • Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, or Thighs
  • Soy Sauce
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Oil for Stir Frying
  • Spinach
  • Bok Choy and/or Broccoli Parboiled, Optional
  • Thai Peanut Sauce


  • Thinly slice chicken and season with soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Heat oil until very hot in a wok or large fry pan and stir fry chicken until cooked through.
  • Add spinach, parboiled vegetables and peanut sauce and toss to coat. Heat through and serve with a side of rice.
