Peeling Peaches
Ingredients
- 5 to 6 Peaches Halved
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
- While water is heating, place a large colander in the sink. Prepare a large bowl for an ice bath.
- When water has reach a full rolling boil, carefully add peach halves. Blanch peaches for 45 seconds to 1 minute.
- Immediately drain into the colander and then transfer to the ice bath. Cool peaches completely.
- Once cooled, you should be able to easily peel the peaches.
