Peeling Peaches

Ingredients

  • 5 to 6 Peaches Halved

Instructions

  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
  • While water is heating, place a large colander in the sink. Prepare a large bowl for an ice bath.
  • When water has reach a full rolling boil, carefully add peach halves. Blanch peaches for 45 seconds to 1 minute.
  • Immediately drain into the colander and then transfer to the ice bath. Cool peaches completely.
  • Once cooled, you should be able to easily peel the peaches.
