Ginger-Garlic Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons Rice Vinegar
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 6 Cloves Garlic Finely Minced
- 4 Teaspoons Ginger Grated
- 1/2 Tablespoon Sambal Oelek or Chili-Garlic Sauce
- – or 1/2 Teaspoon Red Chili Flakes
- 1 Teaspoon Cornstarch Dissolved in 2 Teaspoons Water
- 2 Green Onions Finely Chopped
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, oil, vinegar, sugar, garlic, ginger and chili sauce or flakes.
- Bring to a boil the reduce heat and whisk in cornstarch slurry. Continue to cook until thickened.
- Cool the sauce and then stir in green onion.
