Ginger-Garlic Dipping Sauce

Sambal Oelek or Chili-Garlic Sauce
- or 1/2 Teaspoon Red Chili Flakes

Cornstarch Dissolved in 2 Teaspoons Water

Green Onions
Finely Chopped
Instructions
In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, oil, vinegar, sugar, garlic, ginger and chili sauce or flakes.
Bring to a boil the reduce heat and whisk in cornstarch slurry. Continue to cook until thickened.
Cool the sauce and then stir in green onion.
