Fresh Cranberry Orange Relish

“A little tart and a little sweet, it’s a nice contrast to all the savory dishes served at Thanksgiving. Mom likes this relish, Dad likes canned whole cranberry sauce, and I like both. So we serve them side by side at dinner.” – April Ferre

“Superior to the stuff in the can, in my opinion, and a much fresher taste. But some people prefer the more traditional canned cranberry sauce.” – Calla Ferre
