Instructions
Zest orange and set aside in a small bowl. Peel the orange and then roughly chop.
Rinse the cranberries and pick out any soft or undesirable ones.
Place half the cranberries and half the orange into food processor container. Process until mixture is evenly chopped. Transfer to a bowl. Repeat with remaining cranberries and orange slices.
Stir in orange zest and sugar to desired sweetness.
Store in refrigerator or freezer. Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
