Creamy Salsa Verde

“This actually is the sauce from my Enchiladas Suizas recipe. It takes on a different taste when it is cooked over enchiladas, but when left uncooked it has a nice bright, creamy flavor that goes great on tacos.” – April Ferre

Creamy Salsa Verde

Ingredients

  • 2 7-Ounce Cans (1 1/2 Cups) Herdez Salsa Verde
  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1/4 Cup Cilantro Packed
  • 1 Clove Garlic Chopped

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine 1 can salsa verde, sour cream, cilantro and garlic. Process until smooth.
  • Stir in remaining can of salsa. Chill and serve.
  • Great as a dip with chips or as a sauce on tacos or burritos.
