Cranberry Brie Bites

Cranberry Brie Bites

Course: Appetizer

Ingredients

  • 8 Ounces Crescent Roll Dough
  • Flour for Dusting
  • 6 Ounces Brie
  • 1 Cup Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Pecans Finely Chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
  • Dust the cutting board with flour. Unroll crescent roll sheet and pinch together seams. Roll out dough slightly so that it is one smooth sheet.
  • Cut dough into 24 squares and press into mini muffin tins.
  • Cut brie into small pieces and place inside the crescent roll cups. Top each with cranberry sauce and a sprinkle of chopped pecans.
  • Bake for 15 minutes until crescent roll dough is a light golden brown. Serve warm.
  • Reheating instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 5 to 7 minutes until hot.
