Caesar Salad Dressing
Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 2 Cloves Garlic Pressed
- 1 Teaspoon Anchovy Paste
- 1 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 Cup Freshly Grated Parmesan
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
- Milk or Half & Half As Needed
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine lemon juice, garlic, anchovy paste, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Whisk until well combined.
- Add mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper. Taste and adjust seasonings as necessary.
- Add milk or half & half as needed to achieve your desired consistency.
- Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
Notes
Do not use pre-grated or shredded Parmesan cheese. Use a microplane to grate the cheese from a whole wedge.
