Caesar Salad Dressing

Lemon Juice

Worcestershire Sauce

Mayonnaise

Cup
Freshly Grated Parmesan
1/4
Teaspoon
Salt
1/4
Teaspoon
Pepper
Milk or Half & Half
As Needed
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine lemon juice, garlic, anchovy paste, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Whisk until well combined.
Add mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese and mix well.
Season with salt and pepper. Taste and adjust seasonings as necessary.
Add milk or half & half as needed to achieve your desired consistency.
Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
Notes
Do not use pre-grated or shredded Parmesan cheese. Use a microplane to grate the cheese from a whole wedge.
