Blackened Mahi Mahi Tacos with Citrus Salsa
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons Paprika
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 3/4 Teaspoon Cumin
- 1/4 Teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1 1/2 Pound Mahi Mahi Fillets
- Olive Oil
- 1 Package Taco-sized Corn Tortillas
- 1 Recipe Cilantro Lime Sauce
- 1 Recipe Citrus Salsa
- 1/2 Head Cabbage Thinly Shredded
- 2 Avocados Thinly Sliced
Instructions
- Prepare Cilanto Lime Sauce and Citrus Salsa.
- Combine spices in a small bowl. Sprinkle seasoning evenly over both sides of fish fillets. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook fish 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until done.
- Warm corn tortillas and assemble with fish, Cilantro Lime Sauce, Citrus Salsa, shredded cabbage and top with avocado
