Big Italian Salad

  • Romaine Lettuce Chopped
  • Radicchio Chopped
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Red Onion Sliced
  • Red, Orange or Yellow Bell Pepper Juilienned
  • Pepperoncini Whole or Sliced
  • Castelvetrano Olives
  • Marinated Artichoke Hearts
  • Italian Salami Juilienned
  • Italian Salad Dressing
  • Parmesan Cheese Shaved
  • Croutons


  • Combine romaine, radicchio, tomatoes, onion, bell pepper, pepperoncini, olives artichoke hearts and salami in a large salad bowl.
  • Toss with Italian salad dressing as desired.
  • Garnish with Parmesan cheese and croutons. Serve immediately.
