Honey Mustard Chicken
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Miracle Whip
- 2 Tablespoons Dijon or Honey Mustard
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
Instructions
- Combine miracle whip, mustard and honey in a small bowl, stir well to combine.
Method 1:
- Place thawed chicken on grill or rack of broiler pan.
- Brush with half of sauce. Grill or broil 8 to 10 minutes; turn and brush with remaining sauce.
- Continue grilling or broiling an additional 8 to 10 minutes or until tender.
Method 2:
- Coat chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake chicken at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
- During the last 5 minutes of cooking, drain drippings from pan and cover chicken with sauce. Continue baking until chicken is done.
Method 3:
- Cook chicken as desired or use rotisserie chicken breast.
- Heat honey mustard sauce over medium low and then toss with cooked chicken.
- Makes 4 servings.
