Honey Mustard Chicken

Honey Mustard Chicken

Course: Main Courses – Poultry

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Miracle Whip
  • 2 Tablespoons Dijon or Honey Mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts

Instructions

  • Combine miracle whip, mustard and honey in a small bowl, stir well to combine.

Method 1:

  • Place thawed chicken on grill or rack of broiler pan.
  • Brush with half of sauce. Grill or broil 8 to 10 minutes; turn and brush with remaining sauce.
  • Continue grilling or broiling an additional 8 to 10 minutes or until tender.

Method 2:

  • Coat chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake chicken at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
  • During the last 5 minutes of cooking, drain drippings from pan and cover chicken with sauce. Continue baking until chicken is done.

Method 3:

  • Cook chicken as desired or use rotisserie chicken breast.
  • Heat honey mustard sauce over medium low and then toss with cooked chicken.
  • Makes 4 servings.
