Transpacific Flank Steak

Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 3 Tablespoons Honey
  • 2 Tablespoons Red-Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Clove Garlic Crushed
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • 1 Green Onion Chopped
  • 1 1 1/2 to 2 Pound Flank Steak

Instructions

  • Marinate for at least 5 hours, best if marinated overnight.
