Transpacific Flank Steak
Ingredients
- 3/4 Cup Oil
- 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
- 3 Tablespoons Honey
- 2 Tablespoons Red-Wine Vinegar
- 1 Clove Garlic Crushed
- 1 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 1 Green Onion Chopped
- 1 1 1/2 to 2 Pound Flank Steak
Instructions
- Marinate for at least 5 hours, best if marinated overnight.
