- 4 Cups Flour
- 2 Cups Warm Water
- 1 Package Dry Yeast
- 2 Cups Milk
- Mix together 2 cups flour, water and yeast. Let set overnight in a warm place.
- To use the starter. Add milk and 2 cups flour. Beat well and let sit overnight.
- Keep 1/2 cup starter for future use in a pint jar in the refrigerator. Wash jar thoroughly after each use.
