Soft-Boiled Eggs

Course: Breakfast, Miscellaneous

Instructions

  • Bring a pot of water to a slow boil, just above a simmer.
  • Add eggs and cook for 6 1/2 (runny yolk) to 7 (jammy yolk) minutes.
  • Remove to an ice bath and let cool for 2 minutes.
