Sautéed Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 3 Cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 Pound Asparagus Trimmed
  • Salt & Pepper To Taste

Instructions

  • Melt butter together with olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add asparagus and toss to coat. Sauté asparagus until just barely fork tender. Do not over cook!
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste and toss until well mixed.
  • Remove to a serving dish and serve immediately.
