
Sautéed Asparagus
Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 3 Cloves Garlic Minced
- 1 Pound Asparagus Trimmed
- Salt & Pepper To Taste
Instructions
- Melt butter together with olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add asparagus and toss to coat. Sauté asparagus until just barely fork tender. Do not over cook!
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and toss until well mixed.
- Remove to a serving dish and serve immediately.
