Russian Dressing
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
- 1/4 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoons Chili Sauce Or Substitute Ketchup
- 1/4 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoons Dill Relish
- 1 Tablespoon Prepared Horseradish
- 1 Heaping Tablespoon Shallot Finely Minced or Substitute Red Onion
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
