Remoulade (Louisiana-Style)

Course: Condiments, Sauces & Gravies

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons Creole Mustard or Substitute Whole Grain Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon Prepared Horseradish
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley Chopped
  • 1 Clove Garlic Minced
  • 1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cajun Seasoning
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper Optional

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in small bowl and mix well to combine.
  • Can be used immediately but is best if it sits overnight.
