Remoulade (Louisiana-Style)
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons Creole Mustard or Substitute Whole Grain Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tablespoon Prepared Horseradish
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley Chopped
- 1 Clove Garlic Minced
- 1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cajun Seasoning
- 1/2 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 1/8 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper Optional
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in small bowl and mix well to combine.
- Can be used immediately but is best if it sits overnight.
