Pico de Gallo
- 4 Roma Tomatoes Diced
- 1 Small Onion Chopped
- 1 Serrano Pepper Finely Minced
- 1/2 Cup Cilantro Coarsley Chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Minced
- 3 Tablespoons Lime Juice
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- Combine tomatoes and salt. Let stand 20 minutes; drain.
- Combine tomatoes with remaining ingredients. Taste and season as needed.
