Pearl Barley Water
- 12 Cups Water
- 3/4 Cup Pearl Barley
- 1/2 Cup Honey
- Juice of 2 Lemons
- Boil water together with barley for 10 minutes. Remove from heat; strain. Add honey and lemon juice. Stir thoroughly. Chill.
