Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Shortening Scant
- 1 Cup White Sugar
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Cup Peanut Butter
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
- 2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
- 2 1/2 Cups Flour
Instructions
- Cream shortening, sugars and peanut butter. Add in eggs and vanilla, beat well.
- Sift together baking soda and flour; add to creamed mixture and mix until well blended.
- Form dough into balls and dip in granulated sugar. Place on greased cookie sheets and press with fork.
