Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Shortening Scant
  • 1 Cup White Sugar
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 2 1/2 Cups Flour

Instructions

  • Cream shortening, sugars and peanut butter. Add in eggs and vanilla, beat well.
  • Sift together baking soda and flour; add to creamed mixture and mix until well blended.
  • Form dough into balls and dip in granulated sugar. Place on greased cookie sheets and press with fork.
