“This is a variation of a sandwich wrap that I’ve seen my friend Donna make on several occasions. She made some of these to take with us to the Dickens Fair in San Francisco one year and they travel really well. Use any or all the ingredients listed or whatever you happen to have floating around your fridge.” – April Ferre
- Tortillas or Flatbread
- Bell Pepper
- Kalamata Olives
- Spread hummus over tortilla.
- Layer remaining ingredients, leaving enough room on sides of tortilla to wrap it up in the end.
- Wrap up as you would a burrito.
