Grilled Cheese & Ham
- Sourdough Bread
- Sweet-Hot Mustard
- Shredded Jack Cheese
- Thin Sliced Ham
- Spread one slice of sourdough bread with sweet-hot mustard. Top with half the cheese, then ham followed by the rest of the cheese. Top with second slice of bread.
- Spread butter on top of sandwich and place on the grill. Grill until golden. While the first side is cooking, spread butter on other side of sandwich. Flip and grill until cheese is all melted. Serve immediately.
