Greek Salad
Ingredients
- 6 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Red Wine Vinegar
- 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
- Salt & Pepper To Taste
- 1 Pint Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 Cucumber Peeled & Cubed
- 1/2 Red Onion Sliced
- 1 Green Pepper Diced
- 1/2 Cup Kalamata Olives Halved
- 1/2 Cup Feta Cheese Crumbled
Instructions
- Combine first five ingredients and whisk together until blended. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Combine remaining ingredients in bowl. Toss with dressing and serve.
