Greek Dip

  • 1/2 Cup Cocktail Shrimp
  • 3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice Divided
  • 1 Teaspoon Greek Seasoning
  • 8 Ounces Cream Cheese
  • 3/4 Cup Feta Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Roasted Red Bell Pepper Drained
  • 1 Clove Garlic Minced
  • Pita Chips


  • In small bowl, combine shrimp, 1 Tablespoon lemon juice and Greek seasoning; set aside.
  • In a food processor, combine the cheeses, red pepper, garlic and remaining lemon juice. Cover and process until smooth. Stir into shrimp mixture. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Serve with pita chips.
