Easiest Chocolate Frosting
- 12 Ounces Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 2 Cups (1 Pint) Sour Cream Room Temperature
- Melt chocolate in double boiler or on very low heat. Stir until smooth. Remove from heat and blend in sour cream.
- If too soft to spread, refrigerate briefly. Makes filling and frosting for two 9-inch layers.
