Citrus & Dijon Dressing

Citrus & Dijon Dressing

Course: Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 Tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice About 1 Lime
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Orange Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Kosher Salad
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients until well combined.
  • Goes great with arugula.
