They have a fantastic Chipotle Cream Sauce for their tacos, and this is my version that I cobbled together from various recipes off the internet. It’s also great with chicken or carnitas.” – April Ferre
Chipotle Cream Sauce
- 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
- 1/3 Cup Mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Minced
- 1 to 2 Chipotle in Abodo Sauce, Chopped, Plus 1 Teaspoon Sauce
- Combine all ingredients and process in blender until smooth.
- Best if made the night before to allow flavors to blend.
