Chipotle Aioli

“This is a bit of a cheater’s version of an aioli, starting with mayo as the base, but it makes for a quick an easy way to add a bit of a punch to sandwiches or burgers. You can also use it as a dip for fries and onion rings.” – April Ferre

Chipotle Aioli

Course: Condiments, Sauces & Gravies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 Cloves Garlic Pressed
  • 4 Teaspoons Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Chipotle Pepper
  • – Or 1 to 2 Teaspoons Abodo Sauce (From a Can of Chipotle Peppers)

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
  • Best if refrigerated overnight to allow the flavors to blend.
