Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins
Ingredients
- 2 1/4 Cup Flour
- 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Cup Butter or Margarine
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar Packed
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Bananas Extra-Ripe, Mashed
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 Cup Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 Cup Walnuts Chopped
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt; set aside.
- In a separate bowl, cream butter and sugar, then beat in eggs one at a time. Mix in banana and vanilla.
- Add dry ingredients; stirring until just blended. Mix in chocolate chips and walnuts with a wooden spoon.
- Spoon into well-greased or paper-lined muffin cups. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Makes about 18 muffins.
