- 1 Large Mango Peeled and Diced
- 3/4 Cup Red Bell Pepper Diced
- 1/4 Cup Cilantro Chopped
- 1/3 Cup Red Onion Chopped
- 1 Large Avocado Diced
- 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
- Salt & Pepper To Taste
- Toss all ingredients together and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over grilled fish or chicken.
