Avocado-Mango Salsa served over Grilled Lime Salmon

“This comes from my Grilled Lime Salmon recipe, but I decided it needs an entry of its own. It would be great served over grilled chicken as well or serve with tortilla chips!” – April Ferre

Avocado-Mango Salsa

  • 1 Large Mango Peeled & Diced
  • 3/4 Cup Red Bell Pepper Diced
  • 1/4 Cup Cilantro Chopped
  • 1/3 Cup Red Onion Chopped
  • 1 Large Avocado Diced
  • 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
  • Salt & Pepper To Taste


  • Toss all ingredients together and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve over grilled fish or chicken.
