Chocolate Frosting
Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup Shortening, Butter or Margarine Melted
- 1/2 Cup Cocoa
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/3 Cup Milk
- 1 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla
- 3 1/2 Cups Powdered Sugar
Instructions
- Combine melted shortening, cocoa, and salt. Add milk and vanilla.
- Mix in sugar in 3 parts. Mix until smooth, creamy, and of desired consistency. Add more sugar to thicken or more milk to thin.
