Waldorf Salad

Course: Salads – Fruit & Jello

Ingredients

  • 4 Cups Apples Diced
  • 1 Cup Celery Diced
  • 3/4 Cup Walnuts Chopped
  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice

Instructions

  • Combine apple, celery and walnuts.
  • Mix mayonnaise, sugar, salt and lemon juice together; add to apple mixture. Blend well; chill.
  • Serve on lettuce leaves. Makes 6 cups.
