V8 Juice #2

Course: Beverages, Canning

Ingredients

  • 15 Pounds Diced Ripe Tomatoes
  • 2 Cups Celery Chopped
  • 3 Large Onions Chopped
  • 3 Cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Salt
  • 3/4 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/3 Cup Lemon Juice
  • Worcestershire Sauce To Taste

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients. Boil 20 minutes. Blend.
  • Put into quart jars and process in water bath for 30 minutes.
