V8 Juice #1

Course: Beverages, Canning

Ingredients

  • 2 Gallons Tomato Juice
  • 2 1/2 Cups Water
  • 4 Cloves Garlic
  • 6 Drops Tabasco
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Season-All Seasoning
  • 3/4 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Prepared Horseradish
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 4 Ounces Canned Spinach Well Blended
  • 3 Carrots Chopped
  • 3 Beets Chopped
  • 6 Medium Onions Chopped
  • 1/2 Stalk Celery Chopped

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients. Boil 20 minutes. Blend.
  • Pour into quart jars, and process in a water bath for 30 minutes.
