V8 Juice #1
Ingredients
- 2 Gallons Tomato Juice
- 2 1/2 Cups Water
- 4 Cloves Garlic
- 6 Drops Tabasco
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Season-All Seasoning
- 3/4 Teaspoon Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Prepared Horseradish
- 1/2 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 4 Ounces Canned Spinach Well Blended
- 3 Carrots Chopped
- 3 Beets Chopped
- 6 Medium Onions Chopped
- 1/2 Stalk Celery Chopped
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients. Boil 20 minutes. Blend.
- Pour into quart jars, and process in a water bath for 30 minutes.
