Sherry Loaf Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 15.25-Ounce Package Yellow Cake Mix
  • 4 Eggs
  • 3/4 Cup Salad Oil
  • 3/4 Cup Sherry
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients. Flour and grease bead loaf pans.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Sprinkle top with nuts. Makes 3 small loaves.
