Sherry Loaf Cake
- 1 15.25-Ounce Package Yellow Cake Mix
- 4 Eggs
- 3/4 Cup Salad Oil
- 3/4 Cup Sherry
- 1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg
- Combine all ingredients. Flour and grease bead loaf pans.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Sprinkle top with nuts. Makes 3 small loaves.
