“Uncle Scott and Aunt Debbie came down to Santa Cruz from Alaska in May of 2011 for Mother’s Day. We were talking about recipes, and I asked if they had any good recipes involving salmon, since they eat it quite often in Alaska. Aunt Debbie finds this a bit sweet for her tastes, and prefers a spice rub, but Uncle Scott loves this simple marinade.” – April Ferre
- 1/2 Cup Butter Melted
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
- Combine all ingredients; marinate salmon about an hour and then barbecue.
