Red Cabbage

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Cooking Oil or Bacon Drippings
  • 4 Cups Shredded Red Cabbage
  • 1/2 Unpared Apple Diced
  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Vinegar
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • Pepper To Taste
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Caraway

Instructions

  • In large pan, heat oil, add all ingredients.
  • Cover and cook over low heat 25 to 30 minutes.
