Raspberry Filled Squares
- 1 1/3 Cup Flour
- 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Quick Oatmeal
- 1 Cup Walnuts Coarsely Chopped
- 1 Cup Butter Melted
- 1/4 Cup Raisins Chopped
- 1/2 Cup Raspberry Jam
- Sift flour, baking soda and salt together. Add brown sugar, oatmeal and walnuts. Add melted butter, blend. Press half of the mixture into greased 7.5×11.5 inch pan.
- Cover with mixture of raisins and jam. Top with remaining flour mixture.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. When cooled, cut into squares. Makes about 30 squares.
