Queen Of Muffins
- 1/4 Cup Butter
- 1/3 Cup Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 Cup Milk Scant
- 1 1/2 Cup Flour
- 2 1/2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
- Cream butter. Add sugar gradually, then the egg. Beat well. Sift baking powder with flour. Add to first mixture alternately with milk.
- Bake in hot oven (425 degrees) for 25 minutes.
